** Free flu shots will be offered to our veterans through the Butler VA. Please bring a copy of your DD214 if you are not registered with the Veterans Administration.

** As in years past, flu shots will also be offered to all participants, and covered under Freedom Blue, Security Blue, Advantra, United Mine Workers-The Funds, Humana, Aetna and Medicare Part B. Otherwise, the shots will be available for $32 in cash or check.

In addition, the Veterans Administration will provide free to veterans health screenings and VA health care and benefit information. Registration and enrollment staff will be on site to assist any veteran wishing to register for care through the VA. Veterans should bring copy “4” of their DD214 to register.
